One Call Staffing welcomes Dr. Imelda Maria (Mel) Baguia, MD,BSN, RN, BSMT to our team as the Director of Nursing and International Affairs. As an internationally educated and trained RN, Dr. Baguia brings to One Call Staffing her personal immigration experience. Dr. Baguia will oversee our overseas recruitment, manage ongoing quality improvement initiatives, assist us in furthering the agenda of The Alliance for Ethical International Recruitment Practices (www.fairinternationalrecruitment.org) and ensure the successful migration and placement of our international Healthcare professionals.
