Ms. Barniak has over 20 year’s nurse recruitment experience in the New York metropolitan area. As the former Director of Lloyd Healthcare, Ms. Barniak was responsible for the successful start-up and daily management & operations of a temporary nurse staffing company.  Ms. Barniak created and implemented all guidelines and procedures for the hiring, testing, credentialing and placement of qualified nurses for Lloyd Healthcare. Ms. Barniak still periodically provides her expertise to Lloyd Staffing on a consultant basis.   During the 1980’s, Ms. Barniak was the New York account manager at Wellness Promotion Services, a temporary staffing firm for registered nurses, responsible for addressing the staffing and recruitment needs for many facilities such as New York Hospital – Cornell Medical Center, North Shore University Hospital / Long Island Jewish Health System, Winthrop University Hospital, St Vincent’s Medical Center and others.
